Some of the most common questions I get asked

Is this actually built, or a concept?

Built and running. Version 5.1.0, in daily production use at a building and electrical contractor: 64 job sites, roughly 1,564 orders and 921 inventory items. It replaced their spreadsheets entirely.

Where does my data live?

In Postgres with row-level security, on your own server or a managed cloud instance. You choose. Either way there is a full audit trail on every change and you can export everything at any time.

Does anything get sent to an AI company?

No. Rune parses commands on your own infrastructure. Nothing about your jobs, clients, margins or payroll is sent to a third-party model to be read, stored or trained on.

How is the grade actually calculated?

Four dimensions, each scored zero to a hundred: fulfillment, budget, cash flow and efficiency. Those are weighted by the phase the site is in, so a job at rough-in is not judged like one at handover, then decayed over time so recent activity counts for more. The result rolls into a number and a letter, and every score opens to show its inputs.
